An intensive weekend covering 14 topics from food to cold weather injuries

Crammed with information and top tips from someone who has done it

You will have completed the best foundation course available for some one contemplating cold weather expeditions/races

Includes tea/coffee and lunch

All equipment provided (bring outdoor clothing/runners/trainers for navigation exercises)

Set in the wilds of Northumberland National Park right on the junction of the Roman Wall and Pennine Way

Norway based 6 day course that builds on the experience gained from the Polar Fast Track

Practical course involving cross-country skiing and polar travelling techniques using pulks (sleds)

Part traditional luxury mountain cabin (fully catered)

Part supervised winter camping
